Where there is a maintenance issue please ensure you inform the managing agent or landlord as soon as possible to avoid the issue escalating into a larger problem.
The first step to take is to visit the fix flow site whereby it will run through certain guidelines yourself to rectify the problem. If the issue is still not rectified this will then make you alert the managing agent to book in an engineer.
